Greg Cooper is an accomplished football coach and former NCAA Div I FCS offensive lineman. Greg’s football career began as an offensive & defensive linemen for Nazareth Regional High School (NY) where he served as team captain and earned first & second team all-league honors during his varsity seasons. He was also a member of the NY state championship basketball team and earned Athlete of the Year his senior year and was inducted into the Hall of Fame. Greg continued his career in the shadows of Vince Lombardi & the legendary Seven Blocks of Granite by earning a scholarship to Fordham University (NY). He quickly earned a starting position during his freshmen season at Offensive Tackle where he held that position until his senior campaign when he moved to Center. Upon completion of his collegiate playing career he played Minor League Football with the nationally ranked Brooklyn Mariners (NY). Greg contributes his playing career success to off-season training and being a student of the game.
Greg has coached & trained football players for the past 15+ seasons. He is currently a high school football coach in NJ. His players have gone onto play at the FBS, FCS, Div II & Div II levels. Over that time he has trained every age from 8-22 years of age. As a coach, he has served in every coaching position, including Head Coach, Offensive Coordinator, Defensive Coordinator & Special Teams. While his teams have been successful, it’s not the wins & losses that he counts. His greatest statistic is whether or not the best athlete down to the least athletic improved during the course of the season.
